Infiniti Healthcare is a patient-centered medical practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care in a supportive and respectful environment. We focus on outpatient mental health services, substance use treatment, and select primary care services, with an emphasis on individualized treatment plans and continuity of care.

Our approach is rooted in meeting patients where they are, listening carefully, and creating treatment plans that are realistic, ethical, and aligned with each patient’s needs. We believe quality care requires time, transparency, and a provider-led model that prioritizes safety, trust, and clinical integrity.

All services are provided in compliance with Kentucky and federal regulations, through in-person and Telehealth appointments when appropriate.

Infiniti Healthcare provides outpatient medical services, including:

• Mental health evaluations and follow-up care
   
• Psychiatric medication management
   
• Substance use treatment, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
   
• Ongoing monitoring and support for recovery and stability
   
• Select primary care services, screenings, and preventive care
   

Services are provided by a licensed medical provider and are tailored to each patient’s clinical needs and treatment goals.

Infiniti Healthcare is led by Miranda Hagan, APRN, a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Miranda has a strong clinical background with years of experience in emergency medicine, primary care, and psychiatric care. Her training and experience allow her to treat patients holistically while maintaining a strong medical foundation. She is committed to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and ethical prescribing.

Miranda believes in creating a space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. Her care philosophy emphasizes collaboration, education, and long-term stability rather than one-size-fits-all treatment.
